Due to uncertainty of COVID-19, our plans to postpone the March 31-April 2 conference until October 27-29, 2020 have changed. We are now cancelling the conference all together. Regardless of payment type (check or credit card), all refunds for attendees and exhibitors will be issued via check and will be mailed by April 30. Any newly received checks will be marked VOID and returned.  Any hotel reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn and Suites have now been cancelled due to the release of our contract in light of the national emergency.

We are saddened to forfeit this wonderful time of networking and professional development but feel it is the best financial decision at this time. We plan to reach out to all scheduled presenters next year in hopes they can share their time and expertise with us again at our next annual conference.

Our Director's Council Conference at Virginia Beach June 23-25 and our Education Summit in Portsmouth August 13-14 are still scheduled at this time. We intend to start online registration on May 1 but will alert you if that changes.
