NEWS:Mark Warner

New! Senator Mark Warner to Speak by Video at Head Start Conference

Because of Senate responsibilities, Senator Warner will not be able to appear in person at the 2012 Conference. However, he is preparing a video speech targeted specifically for our Head Start audience. And at least one member of his staff will be present at the opening session of the conference.

Senator Warner has long been a champion of early childhood education. While we are disappointed not to see the Senator in person, we are gratified that he is attending to his priorities of representing us in Congress.

Other features of the opening plenary will include a welcome from the Superintendent of Loudoun County Schools, conference orientation, and some surprises!

New! Top Head Start Leaders to Address 2012 Conference

The nation’s top Head Start leaders will be featured speakers at the plenary session on Day 2 of the 2012 Annual Training Conference, March 28.
